Hi, I am interested on building an aprox 18 x 18 pergola with solid roof. Please see attached photo. Thank you.
Week 1 Drawings, Build locate 24"x24" foundation, Concrete-set, qty 4 Fabricated 8x8 posts (sealed) Add Rebar and fill 88 bags cement.
Sink and set qty 4, 8 x 8 posts and brace 325 pounds each.
- We require that the patio be completed before starting Week 2.
Week 2 Finish Framing the top portion of the pergola to architect and city spec requirements + Steel Connector Plates
Week 3 Plywood Roof & Electric Work to be completed by electrician Tar Paper the roof, shingling and interior panel bead board Column Finishing with LP Boards and other trim work perimeter
